The Test of Life

All teenagers know about tests. I will be sitting my Mock GCSE Exams next week, and I have been up to my ears in homework and revision. That's the thing with academic tests: you get to revise. And if you don't do as well as you'd hoped you can resit. This hasn't always been the case, as my mum and dad often remind me about exams being easier than they were and how they had to pass first time or else! 

The test of life however is different. You can't revise, you can't resit. Everybody has one chance to get it right, just like in my parents "ancient" exams. So what are we being tested on? I believe life is a test to see if we will perform well enough and do what is needed to return to our Father in Heaven.

For this reason I believe it's very important to live every day to the full, and do whatever you can to make your life and the lives of those around you as great as they can be. Also, I believe it's important to have fun in life, as someone once said: "Don't take life too seriously; no-one gets out alive anyway." 

And in the words of the great philosopher (well.. sort of) John Lennon "Life is not a rehearsal."

So get out there and have some fun!
